Our fan diverters can be made to handle as many fans as you'd like and to be powered by either 3-pin or 4-pin connectors.

Our volt mod PCBs can come individually for each volt mod or with multiple pots for different volt mods all on one PCB and each with its own check points.  For example, a single PCB can have a pot for a vdd mod, vdimm mod, and vcore mod.  Or, just for vdd and vdimm -- however you want it.  They include the wires to solder to your motherboard.

We can make custom fan controllers to fit in a drive bay and paint them a color to match your case.  This fan controller also has a switch for CCFL lights and each knob is surrounded by blue LEDs that brighten and dim with fan speed.

We can also make single fan controllers that you can mount wherever you please.

Our standard fan controllers can handle up to 5 Amps on each channel, so there's no issue with hooking up powerful fans and multiple fans -- even TWO 92mm Vantec Tornadoes can run off one channel with no problem.  No other fan controller on the market can match that power.

This is a custom fan alarm that uses an LED to silently indicate fan failure.  It independently monitors the RPMs from up to 2 fans.  So long as the fan continue to operate, the LED indicator for the fan is lit.  If the fan stops turning for any reason, the LED that corresponds to that fan will begin to flash until the problem is fixed or the fan replaced.  The alarm is also set up to permit the fans to also be connected to the motherboard headers for motherboards to permit monitoring of the actual RPMs through third-party software or control the fans using motherboard BIOS options or other software.  This alarm can be customized to monitor as many fans as desired, to include both an audible alarm and LED indicators, or just an audible alarm.  This particular alarm was made to utilize the extra LEDs on a case for a workstation built by TailoredPC.

This is a control board for an advanced water cooling system.  It combines several features to monitor and automate shut down of a water cooling system:

  • Turns on two additional computer power supplies (PSUs) when the computer is turned on
  • An LED that plugs in and indicates that the second and third PSUs are both turned on
  • An LED that plugs in and indicates that water is flowing in the cooling system
  • An alarm that plugs in and goes off if water stops flowing
  • If water stops flowing for any reason (such as the pump breaks or there is a significant leak), the controller utilizes Windows XP's hibernation feature to save all of the user's data and information and shut-off the computer, even if the user is not present. Once any problem is fixed, the computer will restart and bring the user right back to where he or she was working before the problem. In the event hibernation is not enabled in Windows or it fails for any reason, the computer will simply power-off by default at the end of approximately 30 seconds after the water stops flowing.

This is a control board for a water cooling system similar to the one above, but more simplified.  Rather than hibernate the system, it simply shuts it down.  As with the control board above, it also:

  • Turns on a second standard computer power supply (PSU) when the computer is turned on
  • An LED that plugs in to indicate that the second PSU is turned on
  • An LED that plugs in and indicates that water is flowing in the cooling system
  • An alarm that plugs in and goes off if water stops flowing
  • In the event water stops flowing for any reason (such as a broken pump or leak), the computer is automatically powered off, even if the user is not present

This is a custom control board that performs several functions:

  • A chassis intrusion alarm that is not only an audible buzzer, but also indicates intrusion by a flashing LED.  The LED is on to indicate the chassis is secure, but begins flashing along with the audible alarm if there is an intrusion.
  • A 5 channel fan alarm that also includes an audible alarm and LED indicator.  If any of the fans fails or stops turning for any reason, an audible alarm sounds and an LED begins flashing.  The audible alarm can be silenced by pressing a button connected to the board, but the LED will continue to flash to let the user know that a fan is not operating.
  • Carries through the hard drive activity signal from an 8-channel RAID card.  Regardless of the number of hard drives attached to the RAID card, a single LED will indicate activity if any hard drive has activity.

This component was specially designed for a server system built by Tailored PC, but a similar board can be designed for your system as well.

This is a simple, but very useful water temp probe.  It's 1/2" inner diameter to prevent interference with water flow and can connect to most any commonly available temperature device, such as the CompuNurse or CoolerMaster Musketeer.

This is an even simpler version of the control boards above.  It also has a relay for a second PSU, provides LED indication of PSU power, LED indication of water flow, and an alarm if water flow stops.  Unlike the advanced boards above, it does not shut off the computer if water stops flowing.
